Delete Account Request

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email from your registered Google/Firebase account details:

• To: clvca.official@gmail.com
• Subject: Delete My CLVCA Account
• Message: State your request clearly and include your unique user ID if known.

Eligible deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon verification, the following records will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Firebase authentication credentials and account identifiers.
• Cloud-synchronized preferences and basic linked records.
• Any local cache and app database logs stored under your user identifier on our services.

Note: Deleting the application from your phone will also automatically delete all local histories and downloaded offline language models stored on your device storage.

Data Retention

Some historical logs or transaction-related data may be temporarily retained where required by law, security protocols, fraud prevention, or financial compliance regulations. Once these requirements expire, the remaining data will be purged.
