CLVCA is a voice translation tool intended for communication purposes only. Use of the application must comply with all applicable local and international laws.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

Translations are generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and may not always be 100% accurate. Users are advised to verify important, sensitive, or legal information before relying on the provided translations.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use the application and for any communication conducted through it. You acknowledge that CLVCA acts only as a facilitator for translation and communication.

4. Feature Access

• Some features may be restricted for guest users to maintain system stability.
• Full access to certain premium or cloud-synchronized features may require user authentication via Google Sign-In.

5. Offline & Online Functionality

While CLVCA primarily operates offline, certain features such as Speech-to-Text (STT) services, language model updates, or cloud syncing require an active internet connection.

6. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Communication

• Communication occurs directly between connected devices.
• CLVCA does not store, relay, or monitor these live conversations.
• Users are entirely responsible for the content they share during P2P sessions.

7. Data & Storage

• Core data is stored locally on your device for privacy.
• Optional cloud features may store limited user-related data such as authentication tokens and basic preferences.

8. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to misuse the application, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or sharing unlawful content.
• Harassment, abuse, or any form of harmful communication.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the application's infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

CLVCA is provided "as is." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate translations.
• Miscommunication or disputes between users.
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from app usage or service interruptions.
• Any loss or damage caused by relying on AI-generated translations for critical tasks.

10. Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features or these terms at any time without prior notice. We may restrict or terminate access if any violation of these terms is detected.

11. Advertisements

To keep the core features of CLVCA free for everyone, the application displays advertisements provided by third-party partners (e.g., Google AdMob). By using the service, you agree to the display of these advertisements. You are prohibited from using any ad-blocking tools or software to bypass or interfere with the advertisements shown within the application.

12. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store billing system. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or features at any time. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Google Play Refund Policy.
