If you would like to delete your Promptixa account and associated personal information, you can submit an account deletion request using the instructions below.
Send an email from the email address associated with your Promptixa account to:

Use the subject line:
Delete My Promptixa Account
In the email, clearly state that you want to delete your Promptixa account.
For security purposes, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to you.
We will review and process eligible account deletion requests within a reasonable period.
Once the request is processed, information associated with your account will be deleted where applicable.
Account deletion may include deletion of personal information associated with your Promptixa account, such as:
Please note that deleting your Promptixa account does not automatically guarantee the removal of content you have previously submitted or published. Your submitted or published community content may remain available on Promptixa even after your account has been deleted. If you want your submitted or published content to be removed, you may need to submit a separate content removal request.

After your account has been deleted, you may not be able to recover your previous account information or account-related data.
If you later want to use account-based Promptixa features, you may need to create a new account.
