Welcome to Promptixa. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Promptixa application and related services.
By accessing or using Promptixa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Promptixa.
By downloading, accessing, or using Promptixa, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms apply to all users of Promptixa, including users who access the application without creating an account.
Promptixa is a prompt discovery and management application that provides users with ready-to-use prompts for various purposes, including writing, coding, study, business, productivity, social media, image generation, image editing, and other supported use cases.

Promptixa does not request or require your social media passwords or login credentials.
You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to Promptixa.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Satyam Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and make reasonable formatting or moderation changes to that content as necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve Promptixa.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Satyam Studios.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You must not use Promptixa to:

Promptixa, including its name, branding, logo, interface, original design, software, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Satyam Studios unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law.
