Promptixa is a curated and community-driven AI prompt discovery, customization, and library platform. It is designed to help you quickly discover high-quality prompts, customize them with your own details, and use them with external AI tools.

What You Can Do on Promptixa:

• Discover AI Prompts: Browse curated prompts across multiple domains and categories.
• Explore Feeds: Discover prompts in New, Popular, and Featured sections.
• Customize Prompts: Fill in customizable variables/placeholders (such as <topic>, <style>, <tone>) to tailor prompts to your specific needs.
• Unlock Prompts: Unlock locked community prompts for your session by watching a rewarded ad.
• Copy & Export: Copy final customized prompts directly to your device clipboard.
• Launch in External AI: One-tap transfer to ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
• Save Favorites: Bookmark favorite prompts to your personal collection (requires sign-in).
• Submit Prompts: Share your own creative prompts with the community and track their status.

You can use many of Promptixa's core features immediately without creating an account or signing in. Signing in is only required when you want to save personal favorites or submit prompts to the community.

Promptixa is organized into 5 primary tabs accessible from the main navigation bar:

  Home: Discover prompts grouped by New (ordered by creation date), Popular (ordered by favorite count), and curated Featured prompts.

  Explore: Browse all available prompt categories (e.g., Coding, Writing, Productivity, Image Generation) to find prompts for your specific domain.

  Create: Submit your own creative prompts to the Promptixa community with customizable variable placeholders.

  Favorites: Your private bookmarked collection of prompts for quick access (requires Google Sign-In).

  Profile: Access your Google account details, creator status, My Submissions dashboard, app info, legal policies, and Sign Out.

Promptixa provides several discovery sections to help you find the right prompt quickly:

• New: Displays the latest prompts published to Promptixa, ordered by their creation date.
• Popular: Prompts marked as popular, ordered by the total number of times users have favorited them.
• Featured: High-quality prompts hand-selected as featured content.
• Categories (Explore): Allows you to browse prompts organized by topic or use case. Tapping a category displays all prompts belonging to it.

When you tap on any prompt card, the Prompt Details view opens with complete information:

• High-Resolution Preview Image: An illustrative visual representing the prompt or its intended output.
• Title & Description: A clear summary explaining what the prompt does and how to use it.
• Category & Tags: Category classification and relevant tags (up to 6 tags per prompt).
• Creator Information: Attribution showing the community creator who submitted the prompt.
• Prompt Content: The full text of the prompt, including any customizable placeholders.
• Variable Customization Fields: Input boxes under "Customize Variables:" when the prompt has variables.
• Action Buttons: Copy Prompt, ChatGPT, Gemini, Favorite (Heart), and Share.

Some prompts on Promptixa are locked for regular users. Promptixa is completely free to use — prompts are never sold, there are no subscriptions, and you never purchase individual prompts. Instead, locked prompts are unlocked via rewarded video ads.

Step-by-step: How to Unlock a Prompt

   Open the locked prompt to view its details.

   Tap the Copy Prompt button (or launch ChatGPT / Gemini).

   Watch the short rewarded video ad until completion.

   Upon successful completion of the ad, the prompt is unlocked for your current app session.

   The prompt text is copied to your clipboard, and you can copy or export it freely during your session.

When you tap Copy Prompt on an unlocked prompt, Promptixa compiles the final prompt text including any custom variable values you have filled in, and copies it directly to your device's clipboard.

You can then paste it anywhere on your device — into a text editor, notes app, messaging app, or your preferred AI tool.

Many prompts in Promptixa are designed with placeholders enclosed in angle brackets, such as <topic>, <style>, <tone>, or <language>.

For example, a prompt might read:

"Write a <tone> article about <topic>."

When Promptixa detects these placeholders in a prompt, it automatically creates input fields under a section labeled "Customize Variables:".

How to Use Variables:

   Type your desired values into the variable fields (e.g., Topic: Cybersecurity, Tone: Professional).

   The prompt text updates immediately to reflect your input.

   Tap Copy Prompt (or send to ChatGPT / Gemini) to get the final customized prompt.

When you create and submit a prompt on Promptixa, you can add your own variable placeholders by enclosing short descriptive names in angle brackets:

• <topic> — Subject of the request
• <tone> — Voice or emotion (e.g., friendly, academic, persuasive)
• <target_audience> — Who the output is intended for
• <word_count> — Desired length or scope
• <format> — Output style (e.g., table, bullet points, Markdown)

When other users open your published prompt, Promptixa will automatically generate user-friendly input fields for each variable!

Promptixa makes it easy to launch your customized prompt in ChatGPT with a single tap.

What Happens When You Tap the ChatGPT Action:

   Your customized prompt (including any variables you filled in) is automatically copied to your device clipboard.

   Promptixa attempts to launch ChatGPT with the prompt text prefilled.

   Clipboard Fallback: Due to differences in external browsers and third-party app updates, automatic prefilling cannot be guaranteed in every environment. If the prompt does not automatically appear in ChatGPT's message box, simply tap in the input field and select Paste.

Promptixa provides direct integration with Google Gemini for both app and web users.

How Gemini Launching Works:

• On Android: Promptixa attempts to open the installed Google Gemini app. If the Gemini app is not installed or cannot be opened, Promptixa falls back to opening Gemini on the web.
• Clipboard Safety: Before launching Gemini, Promptixa always copies your final customized prompt to the device clipboard.
• Clipboard Fallback: If the prompt is not automatically inserted into the Gemini prompt box, you can simply paste the prompt from your clipboard.

Signed-in users can share their own high-quality prompts with the Promptixa community through the Create tab.

Required Submission Information:

• Title: A clear, concise title describing what your prompt accomplishes.
• Description: Brief instructions or context explaining when and how to use it.
• Prompt Text: The complete prompt template, optionally including variable placeholders like <topic> or <tone>.
• Category: Select the relevant category from the available list.
• Tags: Up to 6 tags maximum to help users find your prompt in searches.
• Preview Image: Provide an appropriate preview image when required.

You can track and manage all of your submitted prompts in the My Submissions section under your Profile tab. Submissions are categorized into the following statuses:

• All: A comprehensive view of all prompts you have submitted across all statuses.
• Pending: Your submission has been received and is currently waiting for review by the moderation team.
• Published: Your prompt has been approved and is currently live for other Promptixa users to discover and use.
• Unpublished: Your prompt was approved, but has been temporarily hidden from public view by you (the creator).

You can save any prompt to your personal collection by tapping the Heart (Favorite) icon on the prompt card or prompt details page.

• Requires Google Sign-In: If you are browsing as a guest and tap Favorite, Promptixa will prompt you to sign in with Google so your collection can be securely saved.
• Accessing Favorites: Tap the Favorites tab in the bottom navigation bar to view and manage all of your saved prompts at any time.

The Profile tab gives you control over your Promptixa experience. When signed in with Google, you can see:

• Display name, email address, and profile avatar.
• Member and creator status (where applicable).
• Quick shortcuts to My Submissions and Favorites.
• About & Legal information (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Account Deletion).
• Sign Out: Securely sign out of your account (requires confirmation before signing out).

App Theme (System Default)

Promptixa automatically follows your device's system theme. If your device is set to Dark Mode, Promptixa displays in Dark appearance; if set to Light Mode, Promptixa adapts accordingly. There is currently no manual theme toggle inside the app settings.

Language Support

The Promptixa app interface is currently provided in English only. There is no language selector for the app interface at this time.

There is currently no self-service "Delete Account" button inside the mobile app. If you wish to delete your Promptixa account and associated personal data, please follow our official website instructions:

In brief, you can email satyamstudios.dev@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Promptixa Account" from your registered Google account email.

If a locked prompt does not unlock after tapping Copy Prompt, try the following recommended troubleshooting steps:

   Check Internet Connection: Ensure your device has an active, stable internet connection.

   Toggle Network: Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

   Disable Ad Blockers / VPNs: Ad-blocking applications, custom VPNs, or private DNS settings (e.g. NextDNS, AdGuard) can block rewarded ad delivery. Temporarily pause them and retry.

   Wait & Retry: Ad networks occasionally experience brief inventory delays. Wait a few moments and tap the button again.

   Contact Support: If the issue persists across multiple prompts, email us at satyamstudios.dev@gmail.com.

If tapping the ChatGPT or Gemini buttons does not launch the respective tool or prefill the text:

• Use Manual Paste: Promptixa always copies the prompt to your clipboard before launching external apps. If the text does not automatically appear in the input box, simply tap and hold inside ChatGPT / Gemini and select Paste.
• Verify App Installation: Make sure the ChatGPT or Google Gemini application (or your preferred web browser) is installed and updated on your device.
• Check Connectivity: Ensure your device is online so external web links can load.

If submitting a prompt fails, please verify the following checklist:

• Tag Limit Check: Confirm that you have added no more than 6 tags. Adding 7 or more tags will cause the submission to fail.
• Required Fields: Ensure that Title, Description, and Prompt Text are filled in.
• Category Selected: Verify that you have selected a valid category from the dropdown.
• Preview Image: Ensure a preview image is selected if required for the category.
• Sign-In State: Confirm that you are actively signed in with Google.

App Update Notifications

• Mandatory Updates: If your installed app version is too old or incompatible with current backend services, Promptixa will display an update-required screen. Tap Update Now to update the app from your app store.
• Optional Updates: When a new feature or improvement is available, Promptixa may show an update prompt with options to Update Now or Later.

Maintenance Mode

During scheduled system maintenance or service upgrades, Promptixa may temporarily show a maintenance screen. You can tap Check again after a short period. If the maintenance screen continues to appear for an extended duration, please contact support.
